Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order.
• Prices are in USD and may change without notice before an order is placed.
• All items are made to order in limited runs and may sell out.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed only after payment is captured.

Shipping

• Standard shipping: $8 — 3 to 5 business days.
• Express shipping: $15 — 1 to 2 business days.
• Production takes 2–3 business days before shipment.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control.

Product accuracy

We do our best to show accurate colors and fits. Screens vary, and print placement can shift slightly between garments — this is normal for printed apparel, not a defect.

Intellectual property

All VELVATONE artwork, logos, photography, and site content are our property. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
